About Us |
| Paul Harris Fellow Awards | The Paul Harris Fellow recognition shows appreciation for contributions to the Foundation’s charitable and educational programs. A PHF is an individual who contributes $1,000 or in whose name that amount is contributed. Every fellow receives a pin, medallion and a certificate and is identified as an advocate of the Foundation’s goals: world peace and international understanding.
A Paul Harris Sustaining Member is an individual who contributes or in whose name a minimum of $100 is contributed with the commitment to a total of $1,000 within a ten-year period. Currently our Club will contribute $300 for any member willing to donate the remaining $700 to become a Paul Harris Fellow.

The chartering took place at the New Fenimore Hotel and was presided over by Roscoe Briggs of the Oneonta Rotary Club, our sponsor.
District Governor Edwin R. Weeks of Binghamton presented the charter and installed the Club.
Appropriate remarks were offered by David Mills and Jack Kennedy, presidents of the Oneonta and Amsterdam clubs, and by Dr. George Dann, Superintendent of Schools of Oneonta, and by Arthur Curtis.
